The team are bound by a family atmosphere in a vibrant community, and are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef in leading our talented brigade of 13 Chefs … this is where you come in.

You will be dedicated to providing tailor-made gourmet moments for small numbers of guests (up to 40), and will be provided with the produce and the freedom to create incredible food experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will be a hands-on leader, with the ability to inspire your team with your experience gained in award winning restaurants.

You will have exceptionally high standards when it comes to your food, and the ability to coach and mentor your team to deliver the highest results in a supportive environment. In conjunction with our Executive Chef, you will contribute to kitchen management, building strong relationships with suppliers, and ensuring Saffire is at the forefront of Australian Cuisine. You will be committed to continuous improvement, and seek to find new and innovative ways to impress our guests and maintain the Saffire brand.
