Saffire Freycinet is currently seeking an exceptional Reservations Manager to join our talented team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be required to manage all elements of our direct, agent and wholesale reservations on a daily basis. They will be responsible for creating a truly world-class pre stay experience, and ensuring that the guests are seamlessly transitioned to property. The incumbent will bring with them a sound knowledge of reservations with an excellent understanding of systems and efficient workflow processes. Although not essential, experience within other luxury lodges or events would be highly advantageous. The Reservations Manager will also require:

  • Highly developed organisational skills and a fine eye for detail,  
  • An advanced level of general computer literacy including intermediate/advance knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Property Management Systems (preferred),  
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and an ongoing commitment to team development,  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that can be tailored to a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and 
  • Well experienced in a highly guest centric role and equipped with the ability to sell property experiences and services to exclusive, discerning guests.
