The Role

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and organised Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for the proactive maintenance & asset management of Longitude 131, spanning day to day duties through to maintenance planning and preventative maintenance for all Lodge buildings, vehicles, grounds, machinery, essential services, pools & equipment.

This hands-on role will see you supervising a small team, liaising with and assisting external contractors as necessary, initiating purchase requests, coordination of logistics and assisting in other departments when needed.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive maintenance related qualifications and/or significant experience in maintenance in the hotel/resort industry
• Appropriate trade qualifications are an advantage
• Experience in the maintenance of machinery, tools, pumps, refrigerators and air-conditioners
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work & make decisions under pressure
• Current valid Driver’s Licence with MR endorsements
