Maintenance Manager - Kangaroo Island

This is the opportunity of a lifetime for an enthusiastic hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee and maintain our brand-new facilities.

This role requires someone who can effortlessly move between managing our state-of-the-art property and being a hands-on leader who can support the small maintenance team.

You will have…

• Extensive experience in maintenance in the hotel/resort industry
• Management experience in a remote working environment
• Extensive operational experience with Building Management systems (BMS) to achieve optimum energy efficiency
• A great sense of humour and the ability to instill this approach in your team
• The willingness to support the maintenance and broader lodge team in day-to-day operations
