The Opportunity
As a Guest Service Manager, your priority first and foremost is to ensure that each guest’s experience is turned into a life-long memory. You’ll be the key connection with our guests, from their arrival, arranging daily itineraries, coordinating the delivery of Saffire’s unique products and services through to the guest’s departure.
Our ideal candidate
We’re looking for someone who is driven and highly motivated to consistently create and deliver those memorable guest experiences. You’ll have a demonstrated passion for engaging guests and providing exceptional guest service, ideally in a similar Luxury Lodge environment. You will also possess a desire to learn and continuously improve.
