Cape Lodge is nestled in the heart of Margaret River, situated on a pristine forty-acre property.

About the Roles
We are looking for Guest Services positions on a Full-time/ Casual basis who:

• Embrace and demonstrate our values and positive culture
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and efficiently during their stay 
• Maintain a high level of professionalism to ensure guest confidentiality
• Interact with colleagues in a professional and positive manner
• Overnight roles with Accommodation available

About You 

• Experience in a similar role or relevant qualification. 
• Passion for the Hospitality Industry and committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
