The Role
- Assisting the Restaurant & Bar Managers with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience
- Lead, mentor and train food and beverage attendants
- Creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and beverage by our guests
What we’re looking for
- Have a can-do attitude
- You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
- A passion for all things food and beverage
