The El Questro Homestead is private and exclusive, hosting 18 guests at a time in luxury accommodation atop Chamberlain Gorge and River.

El Questro prides itself on high-end experiential tourism and guests can explore the vast property by guided 4WD tour, heli tour, river cruises and much more. Working collaboratively with the traditional custodians of this historic area is a highly important element of El Questro’s operations as we strive to deliver authentic and culturally enriching experiences.

The Role

Based at The Homestead you will bring your extensive food and wine/beverage knowledge to help create the highest guest experience. From April to October, El Questro’s three unique resorts, offer a diverse range of accommodation, dining and natural attractions to guests from all walks of life. Food and wine are as much an attraction as the wild country that surrounds the Resorts.

The successful candidates for the role will possess:

• Guest orientated – Outstanding customer service
• Previous experience in a premium offering
• Attention to detail
• Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
• Excellent time management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• A current valid driver’s licence is essential

Qualifications:

• West Australian RSA
• Food Hygiene certificates

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro for the duration of the season. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time.
