Capella Lodge is Lord Howe Island’s premium luxury lodge, a haven of understated luxury and close-kept secret amongst stylish insiders. We are looking for an energetic, hands on Food and Beverage Attendant with an outgoing personality and amazing communication skills to look after our discerning guests.

The Role

Dining at Capella Lodge is at once refined and generous, sophisticated and relaxed, international and island-inspired. It’s a celebration of fine local produce, with an abundance of fresh line-caught fish, island-grown greens and foraged coastal herbs.

The restaurant opens to spectacular views of the lagoon and mountains, offering an idyllic backdrop for dining at every occasion throughout the day.

We require a well-presented, talented F & B Professional to look after guests from around the world.

Skills & Experience

• RSA Certificate
• At least 12 months experience in a similar role
• Great communication skills & outgoing personality
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
