This is a rare opportunity to lead one of South Australia’s most esteemed regional culinary programs, under the exciting, new custodianship of Baillie Lodges.

From refined dinners in Appellation restaurant or more casual fare in Contour bar, The Louise kitchens draw direct inspiration from Australia’s global wine and food region, to design and deliver everything from breakfast brioche to petit fours.

The Role

You’ll lead a terrific team of skilled industry professionals, recognised for its benchmark standards in hospitality & tourism.  You’ll join a passionate community network of local growers, makers and artisans in telling the sustainable, seasonal food story of Barossa.

  • Strong attention to detail and a creative, innovative approach to food.
  • A positive team leadership style with commitment to a healthy workplace culture.
  • Strong interdepartmental communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to carefully monitor and manage labour and food costs.
