Your Role

• Work in two exclusive restaurants: Long Pavilion and Pebble Beach (hatted)
• Create outstanding plates of food delivering a unique and special experience for qualia guests
• Lunch, Dinner, private functions and exclusive events & in room dining with a difference
• Fine Dining Modern Australian cuisine; a la carte, classics and degustation menus
• Uphold and breathe qualia’s consistently excellent standards of service

About You

• Must have successfully completed Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Valid Drivers Licence required
• Michelin star or hatted experience desirable
• Fine dining a la carte restaurant or hotel background essential
• Minimum 4 years of post-apprenticeship experience
• Demonstrated experience working in a busy kitchen and leading teams
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude who thrives working in a team
