The Role

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our small kitchen brigade.  Cuisine at Capella Lodge is designed to promote the fresh island flavours of superb local and regional produce. A surprising harvest springs from this tiny, pristine island blessed with rich soils and bountiful waters and from Capella’s own kitchen garden.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in an upscale restaurant or luxury hotel
  • Appropriate trade qualifications
  • Strong attention to details
  • A passion for innovative food
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Australian cuisine and Industry Standards
