Saffire is seeking a suitably experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team, where their primary responsibility will be to ensure each guest is consistently given the gift of devoted and selfless attention, overall creating lifelong memories.  As our successful candidate, you will be driven, committed and motivated to consistently create and provide these memorable guest experiences, as well to work on continuous improvement with yourself and your professional development. You’re excited by the opportunity to work in a beautiful remote, Tasmanian location, but still only be a two hour drive away from Hobart and Launceston.

To the role you bring with you;

• Previous experience in a Luxury Lodge environment or similar,
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience
• Strong focus on staff training and development
• Strong food and wine knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and people skills
• Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts,
• A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve, and
• A vehicle and drivers licence (preferred), or other modes of accessibility to the property.
