The Role

With a passion and enthusiasm for the wilderness, and a flair for guest interaction – this role is integral to the experience of each and every guest.  

This is a hands-on role, responsible for the efficient and smooth running of the lodge operations, and taking full management responsibility in the absence of the Lodge Managers

This role is for a natural and nurturing leader. One that can motivate, encourage and empower the well-trained team to deliver an unsurpassed Capella Lodge experience.

• You will have relevant and extensive premium hotel/resort/lodge management experience, alongside instinctive organizational skills
• You will be a talented communicator and have a meticulous level of attention to detail
• You will have a great sense of fun and humour – which will be infectious to those around you. 
• You will be passionate about providing excellent service – and get real joy from looking after guests from all over the world.
