Assistant Lodge Manager - The Barossa
The Louise is ideally situated in the heart of The Barossa wine country in South Australia. You’ll find absolute luxury and inspired design with private spaces, generous ensuites and breathtaking vineyard views.
The Louise is now part of the Baillie Lodges group and will undergo a 3-month extensive renovation, reopening in September 2022. This role is a new addition to the team and will support the Lodge Manager in this exciting next chapter.
The Assistant Lodge Manager role is for someone who is genuinely passionate about ensuring excellence in service delivery and complete guest satisfaction. You will take a hands-on role to assist in the efficient and smooth running of the lodge operations, welcoming guests, motivating and encouraging team members whilst also ensuring all the behind-the-scenes logistics are operating seamlessly. This is a job where no two days are ever the same!
What we’re looking for
- Relevant and extensive premium hotel/resort/lodge management experience in a working environment where initiative, organisational and advance planning skills are essential
- Passion for service excellence and the genuine desire to look after guests from all over the world
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage key business performance indicators and to implement and measure improvements
- Excellent organisation, administrative, communication skills and a very high level of attention to detail
