Lake House have long been setting the benchmark for sustainable luxury and the development of Dairy Flat Farm closed the loop in growing and producing more of the raw product destined for the Lake House restaurant while providing guests the opportunity to enjoy the experience firsthand.

The 38 acre regenerative growing property is located 10 minutes down the road from the lodge which so far includes 5 acres of dedicated vegetable gardens, a working barn for classes and workshops, 3 hoop houses, a glass house, an orchard of 300 heirloom trees, an olive grove, small vineyard as well as established ornamental gardens.

Guests can wander the ornamental gardens, hedgerows, regenerative vegetable and herb gardens, heirloom fruit orchards, established olive grove and bushland. Classes and workshops are available to Lake House guests providing the ultimate “get your hands dirty” food, wine and gardening experience.
