The Rowley Shoals consist of 3 shelf atolls and feature more than 300 square kilometres of undisturbed coral habitat. The diversity and densities of both coral and fish life is breathtaking. The water temperature is a consistently inviting 26 degrees and divers often encounter 40 metre visibility. However, the area’s stand-alone quality is that True North visitors to ‘the Rowleys’ generally do not see another boat.

Even today, the Shoals’ remoteness means that less than 500 people a year are fortunate enough to give testimony to their brilliance! A ‘bucket list’ experience for the most discerning snorkelers and divers. If you’ve caught your share of sailfish, enoy your own private sand cay, where a lap on foot will take around half an hour (or a bit longer if you stop to say hello to the migratory Red-Tail Tropic Birds or have a dip in the crystal clear waters along the way).
