“I haven’t dived everywhere there is to dive – but since 1990 I have taken guests from all over the world to the magnificent Rowley Shoals and, I have never taken anyone who was not totally blown away by the experience!” Peter Trembath, GM North Star Cruises Australia & PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer.

The Rowley Shoals consist of 3 shelf atolls and feature more than 300 square kilometres of undisturbed coral habitat. The diversity and densities of both coral and fish life is breathtaking. The water temperature is a consistently inviting 26 degrees and divers often encounter 40 metre visibility. However, the area’s stand-alone quality is that True North visitors to ‘the Rowleys’ generally do not see another boat! Even today, the Shoals’ remoteness means that less than 500 people a year are fortunate enough to give testimony to their brilliance! A ‘bucket list’ experience for the most discerning snorkelers and divers.
