It offers a deeper discovery of the region’s wineries and a chance to meet Barossa’s celebrated winemakers in person. The line-up draws on generational custodians such as Torbreck, Elderton and Peter Lehmann, estates that helped define the Barossa’s reputation for richly flavoured Shiraz and classic red blends from old vines. Alongside them sit contemporary makers including Hentley Farm, Rieslingfreak, Tscharke and Two Hands, producers reimagining varieties and styles for a new generation of wine lovers. Set by the fire in cooler months or out on the terrace as the season warms, Swirl Sessions rotates its line-up of partner wineries, so returning guests can expect a different pour with every stay.
