With espresso coffees pre-ordered and served steaming first up, this morning adventure starts with a 20-minute drive to the nearby Kaiserstuhl Conservation Park, famous for its panoramic valley views and home to nature walking trails.
Guests join a conservation guide to embark on the Stringy Bark Loop trail for a wonderful insight to the region’s diverse flora and fauna – including kangaroos seen in their natural habitat.
A gourmet picnic breakfast is served for an up-close-and-personal encounter with the locals.
