Lake House Daylesford will host an intimate long lunch with Mount Mary Wines on Saturday 29 August 2026, as part of its celebrated Cellar Series in regional Victoria.

Set on the edge of Lake Daylesford, the Waterfront Pavilion will provide the setting for a leisurely afternoon dedicated to one of Australia’s most quietly iconic wine producers. With just 30 seats available, guests will enjoy a multi-course chef’s menu from the Lake House kitchen, each dish thoughtfully paired with Mount Mary’s estate wines.

Founded in 1971 in the Yarra Valley, Mount Mary is renowned for its elegant, finely structured wines shaped by a long-standing commitment to low-intervention viticulture and French-inspired varietals. Today, under the stewardship of Sam Middleton, the estate continues to produce highly regarded Cabernet blends, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon-based wines that reflect both site and season with precision.

The experience offers guests the opportunity to explore Mount Mary’s celebrated portfolio in an intimate lakeside setting, with time to connect with both winemaking philosophy and seasonal regional produce.

This long lunch forms part of Lake House’s Cellar Series, a curated program of producer-led events designed to showcase exceptional wines alongside seasonal dining in one of Australia’s most recognised regional hospitality destinations.
