Saffire Sparkling Weekend was a sell out in August this year, with acclaimed Champagne writer and wine educator Tyson Stelzer bringing together France’s distinguished Champagne house Billecart-Salmon with seven of Tasmania’s finest sparkling wine makers.
It was a world-class experience for Saffire guests, who travelled from across Australia and around the globe to taste rare museum vintages of Champagne Billecart-Salmon, meet some of Tasmania’s finest sparkling winemakers, enjoy exclusive masterclasses and to celebrate this extraordinary occasion with a sensational gala dinner at Palate Restaurant, with a special menu designed by our Executive Chef.
