An exclusive opportunity awaits only ten guests, who will have the privilege of joining two experienced chefs from Lake House, Daylesford for an interactive cooking session. Together, participants will craft a sumptuous seasonal luncheon in the ‘shared table’ style, using freshly harvested produce from Dairy Flat Farm.

The all-inclusive Good Food Matters Cooking Class package is $425 per person and includes~

  • Cooking class and luncheon from 9.30am – 3.00pm on Sunday 25 February 2024.
  • Begin the day at Dairy Flat Farm for coffee and pastries.
  • Enjoy a tour of the farm including the vineyard, olive grove, orchard, and vegetable and herb garden.
  • Travel to Lake House for a hands-on cooking class experience.
  • Complete the day with a shared table lunch of the dishes prepared, bread from Dairy Flat Farm bakehouse and a glass of local wine.
  • Recipes, Lake House apron and tote.
