Spicers Retreats is set to host its fifth Chef Collaboration event at Spicers Peak Lodge on April 16, 2023. The annual event “Chefs on the Mountain” features some of the country’s top culinary talents.

The event celebrates the best of local, wholesome and sustainably sourced produce, highlighting the respect for the environment and the people who cultivate it. The event will feature five chefs from renowned Australian restaurants, including The Peak, Homage, The Balfour Kitchen & Bar, The Long Apron, and the Scenic Rim Trail.

The event will take guests on a progressive lunch experience around Spicers Peak Lodge, starting at the fire pit with stunning views of the World Heritage-Listed national park before moving to a long table on the terrace of the Lodge for the final three courses. The chefs have collaborated to bring guests five unique and unforgettable culinary offerings.

Guests have an opportunity to indulge in an immersive culinary experience and to stay overnight to explore the Lodge’s many offerings.
