South Australians and visitors to the state’s world-class wine region can rejoice as The Louise reopens this Friday 30th July after a short seasonal closure. Returning inspired and ambitious, the month of August is set to go off, with the The Louise hosting must-do events as part of the Barossa Food + Wine Festival – A Little More Barossa. Lucky for some, there is now availability for the luxury lodge’s re-opening weekend, but this window of opportunity won’t last long…

The Louise offers a luxury retreat and two of the Barossa’s best restaurant locales; inspired, regional dining at Appellation and three75 bar + kitchen for comfort food and cocktails that don’t hold back on flavour. After enjoying some of the culinary delights, relax in the sauna, soak in a private spa tub and cocoon in absolute comfort by the gas log fire. Enjoy a drink toasting the sunset, overlooking the gnarled vines and expansive vistas of the Barossa Valley.
