Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker AM challenges MasterChef contestants to a “Vegetable Elimination” at the Daylesford sister-property, Dairy Flat Farm. Set amid the verdant, 38 acre Daylesford landscape, 4 contestants cooking in the season 13 Ep. 37 elimination challenge must create a vegetarian dish, with all ingredients harvested fresh from the working farm which supplies all the restaurant tables at Lake House with produce from the orchard, garden and apiary. 

“Don’t forget the herbs” were the parting words of wisdom from Alla as the contestants set off with wicker baskets to collect their bounty.
