Saffire now has six beehives on its property for guests to suit up in apiarist suits and be lead by beekeeper and horticulturalist Rob “The Bee Man” Barker to explore the inner workings of honey production. Taste honey straight from the hive, as well as a selection of different honeys from various regions in Tasmania that Rob sells locally as Wild Hive Honey.
