Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley welcomes Matt Stafford, Chief Winemaker from award-winning Craggy Range winery in New Zealand to host a weekend for wine lovers to enjoy. With over 10 years experience at the winery, Matt produces quality wines from some of the most prestigious wine growing regions across New Zealand. Matt will share his passion for fine wine as guests have the opportunity to sample some of the finest Craggy Range vintages with a bespoke wine and cheese tasting. In the evening, a degustation dinner prepared by Executive Chef Nancy Kinchela accompanied by wines hand-selected by the winemaker himself.
