Adams, who flaunts a wealth of experience and culinary adventures from all over the globe, has replaced long-standing Executive Chef, Hugh Whitehouse, who advances into a new role within the company as Executive Food & Beverage Manager, Federal Group Tourism.
The award-winning chef, with a reputation for integrity and passion for quality local produce, commenced last month and will continue the growth of exceptional culinary experiences at Saffire.
Having gained experience working internationally earlier on in his career, Todd’s latest work has seen him at various establishments in Brisbane and Melbourne, including Epicure at Brisbane City Hall, Stokehouse Q Brisbane, Urbane Restaurant, Euro Brasserie, Lamaro’s Restaurant & Bar, Taxi Dining Room and Vanitas and Vie Restaurants by Palazzo Versace.
Justin King, Saffire Freycinet General Manager says: “The team is excited to welcome Todd at Saffire Freycinet. During the competitive recruitment process, we were impressed with his experience and character – a combination that no doubt has contributed to his successful career. Our guests are at the forefront of everything we do, and we look forward to showcasing what Todd has to offer in the coming months.”
Adams agrees guest relations is the cornerstone of any successful business and believes this is where he excels. Todd Adams comments: “I feel my natural career progression has lead to this point. I’m looking forward to the new adventures and working closely with the Saffire team and Hugh Whitehouse.”
