Emirates Airline and Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley in conjunction with the Canberra Truffle Grower’s Association invite you to an extraordinary weekend away with Antonio Carluccio, set in the majestic surroundings of Wolgan Valley.
Over two days from 18th to 20th July 2014, Antonio Carluccio, much loved and respected Italian cookery writer, chef, restaurateur, food expert and author will team up with Wolgan chefs to deliver a bespoke truffle inspired food and wine experience complemented by Wolgan Valley’s food philosophy of regional, locally sourced and where possible, organic ingredients, perfected by a selection of the finest cool climate wines from Canberra.

Taking place from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 July 2014, the Weekend with Antonio Carluccio* comes complete with two nights’ accommodation in a luxury Heritage Suite with private pool, a signature degustation dinner created by Antonio, an intimate cooking demonstration and Q&A session with Antonio, a wine tasting session with some of the region’s best winemakers, all meals and beverages, two on-site nature-based activities per person.
This package is $740 per person, per night in a Heritage Suite (single or twin share).
