With its expansive views of the Coral Sea and serene atmosphere, the Long Pavilion is ideally suited to breezy breakfasts. In the afternoon, it transforms into a space where you’re invited to enjoy cocktails, and then a relaxed dining experience in the evening, offering a casual modern Australian menu and an accompanying wine cellar selection.

Pebble Beach restaurant is located by the water’s edge and is qualia’s signature dining experience. The Executive Chef’s passion for fresh and seasonal Australian produce with an Asian influence is reflected in the menu. A six course tasting menu is a culinary celebration and one that can be exquisitely paired with matching Australian and international wines. Each elegantly presented dish is a work of art, creating the ultimate expression of elegance, balance of flavours and presentation.

Alternatively, guests may retreat to their pavilion and order in-room platters, or discover other dining venues on the island in their personal golf buggy.
