Positioned high above the Coral Sea and set on the point of Sunset Bay, The Pavilion combines complete privacy with a spectacular 270-degree panorama of Anchor Bay, Osprey Island and Sunset Beach. The two-bedroom Villa’s cliff top location provides you with the ultimate privacy and stunning ocean vistas whilst the interior delivers on space and understated elegance.

The House offers three king suites, each with ensuite, indoor-outdoor shower, outdoor bath and balcony and private rooftop with day beds and spa. On the ground level is an infinity pool and open plan living area featuring Indigenous artworks, custom crafted furniture and stone and timber surfaces. Along with a curated wine offering and premium beverage selection, there is a full kitchen with adjacent dining terrace and personalised menus cooked by a private chef. Integrated TVs with subscriptions to international streaming services, WiFi and Sonos surround sound system throughout and Leif bath products, bath robes and slippers spoil the senses.

The Cottage is within close walking distance and yet completely distinct from The House, offering additional seclusion and privacy from the main residence. With no detail overlooked, this single-level sanctuary is conveniently situated for an au pair, an older child, grandparents, or any personal guests of The House. The separate self-contained cottage comes with a luxurious king master suite, including an ensuite bathroom and a generous open-plan living area and kitchenette.
