Bullo River Station

Dining

Dining at Bullo is a communal affair, ‘station style’, where stories of the day’s adventures are exchanged. Meals celebrate local ingredients including Bullo beef, locally caught barramundi and fresh produce from the station’s kitchen garden.

Guests are encouraged to share their day’s stories around a communal dining table at the homestead and at Jenson’s Boab, where the chef cooks up the evening meal under a majestic boab tree while the sun slips under the horizon.

Bullo’s philosophy of treating guests as part of ‘our outback home’ is reflected in the communal dining experience, where everyone shares a table each night.

Nutritious, wholesome, flavoursome meals celebrate local produce and are created utilising Bullo beef, locally caught barramundi and fresh produce from the Station’s kitchen garden, supplemented by Kununurra growers.

Bullo’s commitment to regional producers extends to its bar, featuring locally made gins and rums that use Top End botanicals from The Hoochery in Kununurra and Darwin Distilling.  These special spirits are used to make Bullo’s signature cocktails.
