Saffire guests have the opportunity to meet the winemakers at Craigie Knowe Vineyard and learn of the passion behind their quality handcrafted wines.

Situated on Tasmania’s east coast, a short and scenic drive from the lodge, guests can head out and meet the owner (and his dogs) on a walk through the vineyards and then enjoy a private tasting at the homestead, sampling their signature pinot noir, riesling, cabernet, pinot gris and chardonnay.
